I am 100% up to code with all short term rental requirements. I have lovingly outfit these rooms with all the things I love best when staying in an air bnb. Black out curtains, smart tv, ear plugs, fridge, luggage racks, vanity and full length mirror. Plenty of outlets.

This house is a charmer from 1924.

My neighborhood is ethnically diverse. If that bothers you, this is not the place for you. I have lived in this area for over 12 years and LOVE it. People care about each other. There are wonderful restaurants and bars to visit that are close by.
